Hi my name is Silvana. I am a highly passionate, energetic & motivating trainer who has been in the fitness industry for over 10 years.
Offering 1 on 1 training & group training, my tailored approach & guided fitness programs will help you achieve any goal you set out to achieve.
I believe in finding the pleasurable side of fitness; and while there may be a sore muscle or two along the way, the benefits of fitness is worth the discomfort. I have developed my training regime by working with a variety of people, and always love adapting my program to new clients.

The unique program I’ve developed will help burn calories, boost metabolism and improve your overall health. A combination of strategic exercises and a healthy diet will have you in tip-top shape.


BOXING
Customised training sessions focusing on your individual goals, focusing on technique and fitness. Become a stronger, fitter and more confident version of yourself.
HIIT
High intensity interval trainings a very efficient way to exercise and may help you burn more calories than you would with other forms of exercise.
HIIT is a broad term for workouts that involve short periods of intense exercise alternate with recovery periods. HIIT can help you lose fat, build muscle, improve oxygen consumption, lower heart rate, blood sugar & blood pressure.
